Payin’ the Rent aka Save Some Cash Ride A Slum Lord by Melodie Yvonne

Three Foot Frank got Big & Rich off stealin’ people’s souls
A slum lord down in a small town that meth done swallowed whole
But that town ain’t the only thing down in it gettin’ swallowed
Ole Three Foot Frank’s got 9 inches lookin’ for mouths to hollow

Late on rent? Well, It’s all good! Ole Three Foot’s got your back
And it don’t matter if you’re runnin’ kinda short on cash
‘Cause he’s kinda short too so he will always understand
Just out there doin’ the Lord’s work ole Human Tripod Man

He’ll put that stick straight down your craw, but first he’ll buy ya pizza
‘Cause he’s a gentleman at heart and always glad to meet ya
Happy to share a sip of vodka ‘fore he plugs your throat
It’s the least that he can do for you ‘fore you swallow his load

He’ll cuddle and caress ya and admire your perty smile
Then lead ya out there to his van to get it on in style
But when he drops his drawers that shit can get a bit confusing
It’s hard to tell which ones are legs and which one will start jizzing

You rub him just a lil more to see which one gets hard
And then you take him off your lap onto the driver’s side
You make it feel like road head as his toes stroke through your hair
‘Cause he’s used to drivin’ with his hands his feet don’t reach down there

But all in all it’s just a day of work to pay the rent
The same alike as Taco Bell more chance of syphilis
But either way the bills are paid and now your belly’s full up
And you got four more weeks ‘fore Three Foot Frank will choke your gullet
