Do You See Me? by Melodie Yvonne

Do you see me? ‘Cause I see you
I don’t know what I’m gonna do
With all these feelings rushin’ at me
I just want you to be happy

But why can’t it just be me?
Just once why can’t my someone see
Take one more glance inside my eyes
And don’t give me no more goodbyes

Do you see me? ‘Cause I see you
Those eyes and their electric blue
I’m lost and drowning in your oceans
Lost in all your stoic motions

Lost in all the things you do
And all the love that makes you you
Lost in all these frantic notions
That I just can’t help but hope in

I just want you to be happy
In this world that’s pretty crappy
But I’m lost in all you do
And all I want’s to be lost in you

Do you see me? ‘Cause I see you
I don’t know what I’m gonna do
