Baby in the Corner by Melodie Yvonne

I feel your vibes all jived with mine for just one moment
We energized the air and now I can’t control it
And if I do I’ll just spend all that time regrettin’
I’ll never be perfect enough for you to let in

So why do I gotta fret and cause a bunch of trouble
I said I let my heart out, but it’s in a bubble
I’m hopin’ you will take the time to stop and bust it
Before I burst in flames after I’ve self-combusted

My body tingles as I feel your soul get near
It’s cryin’ out to yours so loud I’m scared you’ll hear
But maybe if I let it out in all these rhymes
I can hide it all away somewhere you’ll never find

I feel your vibes all jived with mine for just one moment
We energized the air so much I can’t control it
You’re fannin’ all my fires and now they’re goin’ crazy
I’m Baby in the corner and you’re Patrick Swayze

I’m feelin’ all your vibes with mine and can’t control it
It’s fluid lust filled chemistry that keeps on growin’
And if we come together we could light the sky
If only for a moment I could catch your eye
