Wishing On Your Stars by Melodie Yvonne
When I wish upon your stars
I’m wishing on those way up far
The ones up over yours and my head
Me at my home, and you in your bed
Is that all we got in common?
All these heavens up above us?
Is that all I’m really feeling?
Moonlight madness got me reeling?
I just won’t, I can’t believe it!
Not just me, you gotta feel this?!?!
‘Cause if I’m in this alone
Just a fool is all I’ve shown
But one more loss will not affect me
Lest this time the me rejects me
