Burnin’ All My Bridges by Melodie Yvonne

Where are you to see me through
To set my soul on fire
Why’ve I waited oh so long
For something to transpire

I never asked for anything
But everything I asked
Was just to let me be alone
If this thing here won’t last

Where were you to see me through
When I broke down again
Thought you meant the world to me
My love and my best friend

I never asked for shit from you
But you asked me to bend
Oh where the hell were you to see me through, my only friend
Oh where the hell were you to see me through
This is the end
