Get outta my head, get outta my head
I’ll forgive what you said, just get outta my head

All that I wanted was kinda to touch you
All that you wanted was kinda a mess too
We came together and could have it made
If we stayed together, but we couldn’t stay

Get outta my head, get outta my head
I’ll forgive what you did, just get outta my head

The sun and the sun just can’t be together
‘Cause then who’ll be left in cantankerous weather
Hiding behind the clouds we bring on us
But keeping apart, my god, what will it cost us?

Get outta my mind, get outta my mind
Whatever you find, just get outta my mind
I swear I’ll believe everything that you said
Just please let me go, and get outta my head

Can you really feel this mental obsession?
Is it feelin’ real or keepin’ you guessin’?
Tryin’ to trust my mind and what’s in it
But it’s so damn full of bullshit unrequited

We won’t get together if we don’t start talkin’
But I’m scared to death and I done started walkin’
You wanna catch up better quicken your pace
‘Cause my feet will catch fire when my mind sees your face

Get outta my head, get outta my head
Forgive what I said, and get outta my head
Give me salvation from what I can’t find
Just please let me go, and get outta my mind

I’m just not quite sure you’d love someone like me
This love for myself doesn’t even come free
I pay with my heart and my soul every day
If you’d gave me a chance I might have had it made

Get outta my mind, get outta my mind
You’re not gonna like the things that you find
You’re not gonna wanna be one of mine
So please let me go, and get outta my mind

Get outta my head, get outta my head
It’s too late to feel all these things I’ve not said
I want you to free me, and leave me for dead
So please let me go, and get out of my head
