Confined in Space by Melodie Yvonne
Face is flushing, hard to breathe
I’m waitin’, wantin’ to flee and leave
I’ve got these wings to jump and fly
But I’m stuck where I’m at and I don’t know why
Feelin’ happy most all the time
Eatin’ fudge and feelin’ fine
Got my pen to write some rhymes
Ain’t that just enough of fine?
Feelin’ bugged, confined in space
Mark my words that mark my face
Skin’s too damp to clear my brow
And Shannon’s right, air’s heavy now
Feelin’ happy most all the time
Eatin’ fudge and feelin’ fine
Got my pen to write some rhymes
Ain’t that just enough of fine?
